Area Service Manager

For our Transport Solutions (Thermo King and Frigoblock brands) business unit we're looking for a:

^{Area Service Manager Austra, Switzerland, Hungery and Slovenia}

Job Summary:

The Area Service Manager is responsible for coaching dealers to improve their service business performance within a specific region ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Service Manager will manage and develop the area in Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and Slovenia in terms of service provision and quality; guiding and training dealers to provide a competitive service in the market. She/ He will provide technical sales support and act as a primary connection between Thermo King and Dealerships.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and develop local service strategy
• Provide technical, training and service support to dealers
• Coach dealers to improve their business performance
• Solve problems
• Provide technical sales support for account managers and dealers 
• Maintain customer relationship building through continued support and service 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical and Electrical knowledge)
• Min. 5 years in similar position (previous experience in Automotive or Transport industry is a bonus)
• Fluency in German
• Strong English language skills (both verbal and writing)
• Good command of computer skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and have strong team building skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
• Customer-Focused, positive attitude, results-driven, action-oriented
• Ability to travel as much as needed (approx. 60 %)

Preferred:

• Refrigeration and Transport knowledge
• Previous experience in Automotive or Transport industry
• Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent
